3rd Grade Adventures

  November 29 - December 3, 2021 I hope you all had a blessed Thanksgiving. God is so good!  Pajama Day ~ We have earned our PJ Day!  The class has been working since September and we finally earned 100 Spelling Stars. So, on Friday, December 3, wear your warmest PJs to school.  You may also bring a small blanket and a small stuffed friend. Christmas ~ I sent home a note last week about our Christmas exchange. It's not really an "exchange" this year but more like a "sharing". If you're like me, all the Christmas decorations are out of storage. Hopefully you found a Christmas stocking in there somewhere! The stocking you send to school should have your child's name on it. I'll be sending more instructions home next week in the Tuesday envelope.

November 22 - 26, 2021   Monday ~ All day       Tuesday ~ Party with dismissal at 12:30 with Parent/Teacher Conferences in the afternoon.      Wednesday ~ Parent/Teacher Conferences 8:00 - 12:30   Thanksgiving Break 11/24 - 11/29

November 15 - 19, 2021  Parent Conferences ~ Report Cards were sent today via email.  If you haven't signed up for a conference yet, please check out the available slots and do so.  History project ~ I will be assigning a History project on Wednesday so please watch for the explanation in your child's Home Folder. It will be due after Thanksgiving break.  

  November 8 - 12, 2021   We've completed the first quarter and I'm very pleased with how the class has done! Math has been especially difficult but we will continue to persevere. :)
